It took Norrasid and his Gensler team three years to work through numerous versions of the master plan and concept designs of this truly one-of-a-kind workplace-integrated lifestyle complex. Aspiring to become the digital hub of Southeast Asia, True Digital Park serves as a new home and incubation center for international tech conglomerates as well as local tech startups.

Every detail is meticulously designed with the belief that innovation often arises from interactions and collaborations between individuals. Striking the right balance between collaborative space, focus space, and social space is crucial. Recognizing that health, wellness, and strong social connections are vital for today’s productive workforce, Norrasid created the "vertical campus" concept. This innovative approach ensures that each floor level has access to outdoor green space while facilitating seamless integration and connectivity among diverse programmatic functions. Notably, the project features a 540 m Sky-Bike & Jogging track that connects different office buildings, providing health-conscious workers with options for commuting between offices as well as opportunities for exercise after work.

The immense effort invested, including many late nights, has undoubtedly proven worthwhile. Witnessing the project's successful completion and observing its subsequent positive impact on our tech industry and society has been truly rewarding. The project continues to receive prestigious international awards.

Cr. Gensler was responsible for project master plan, concept design, and schematic design phases. A49 was responsible for construction document, permit/tender, and construction administration phases.
