The vision for the TRIL Office District Master Plan is rooted in the philosophy of creating an icon figural open space designed to inspire those that experience its monumentality creating seamless connectivity across the 48 acre site. Located in Navi Mumbai or New Bombay, the lushly landscaped Central Park is the heart of this master plan with the insertion of a 14.5 acre space surrounded by a series of mid-rise office buildings located along the periphery of the rectangular site and marked by a 20 story iconic atrium building that serves as the main entrance into the Central Park.
While creating an environment that capitalizes on solar shading and the wind's natural forces, each building will conceal the nearly 12,000 parking spaces that exist below the Central Park where each building engages the large communal space by creating a reveal along the edges of the linear space providing for exterior courtyards and terraces connecting adjacent office floors directly to these exterior spaces. The grade changes across the site, with unique sectional qualities, provide for drop-off zones on either side of each building that are connected internally by a series of overlapping lobby spaces enhancing connectivity across the site.
