The development will maximize FAR and make best use of the land shape which provides a mix of uses, comprising office and retail. This project will re-awaken Silom area after many years without major development. It will create a new chapter of history for a modern economy which will shape and inspire the whole neighborhood. In essence it will become the center of Silom Financial District. Ecological sustainable design is the key to achieve LEED Platinum certification by utilizing natural methods and reducing energy consumption.
