In real estate, sometimes flexibility is a form of risk management. The owner of this bar & grill challenged us to design a building that is highly flexible and adaptable to potential business changes. The project is a fully functional restaurant and a small co-working space today, but it must also be able to transform itself into an office, a hotel, or even a private living space when needed.
