The project is the assembly of multiple land plots, mix of functions, and for use on a pedestrianized and park-like setting. Additionally, the project values center on community, learning, smart living, work and play, creating a first smart urban neighborhood for Bangkok.

The lack of site presence from main road offers design team the development concept of a ‘hidden garden’ or ‘urban oasis’, the opportunity to create an internal campus community that has its own identity and enriches the existing character of this area and creates a sense of discovery.
