Meanwhile, we designed this building to be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing technologies and the way people work.

Open space and green space requirements by the regulation is turned into a courtyard, which will be surrounded by F&B type retail. Level 3 podium will be a semi-outdoor, multi-functions space, where large gathering events can take place.
