Gensler won a design competition and a contract for this landmark project in Mumbai by Larsen & Toubro, one of India’s largest real estate developer. This residential project sits on a site with one of the most challenging site constraints and regulations. The design concept, not only resolved all the most stringent program requirements, code, and unique site challenges with innovative design solutions, they were perceived by client as a “timeless architectural icon”. Ideas such as “breathable building” concept and daylight screens are some of the design interventions that will create a clean and energy efficient tower exceeding today’s environmental standards.
