The Concept is driven by the aspiration to build a community oriented marketplace and workplace, where food safety is the central theme. The existing buildings are to be re-imagined and crafted to promote a sense of community, social interaction, and knowledge sharing. The design of building needs to reflect KU’s leadership in food safely as well as transparency of the food safety industry.
